The International Association of Fire Fighters is one of the largest and most influential labor unions in North America, representing more than 360,000 professional fire fighters and emergency medical workers across roughly 3,500 affiliates in the United States and Canada. Every two years, that membership gathers at the IAFF Convention to vote on the resolutions and constitutional amendments that shape the future of the profession and the union itself.
The convention is produced by E18 Media, led by Erin Hart, Marty Sonnenberg, and Neal Sonnenberg — an organization that has handled in-house video production, live show direction, and full convention and conference management for so long it now runs as a seamless extension of IAFF itself, while remaining every bit its own company. Wirestream Media has worked alongside E18 Media since 2006, when we covered our first IAFF Convention, the 48th, in Toronto — providing live streaming of every General Session to members watching from across the continent.
That partnership carries through to the 58th IAFF Convention, held August 9–14, 2026 in Arlington, Texas. Two decades in, the relationship with E18 Media runs on the same trust it started with: they run the show, we make sure every General Session reaches the members who can't be in the room.
Beyond the live broadcast, our team also handles video production on-site to gather b-roll — supplemental footage that IAFF's own staff draw from long after Convention wraps, cutting it into the many different recap videos, social clips, and internal pieces the organization needs throughout the year.

"Resilience," IAC's 16th Annual International Gold + Diamond Conference, took place July 14–15, 2026, convening a broad range of industry experts to explore approaches to preserving cultural heritage — the artifacts, traditions, and practices passed down through generations — through education and sustainable practice.
Wirestream Media provided full video production and coverage across both days, capturing keynote presentations and panel discussions, including sessions with CIBJO, the World Jewellery Confederation, marking CIBJO's 100th anniversary, along with the conference's awards presentation and reception.
The result is a complete on-demand video library of the event, letting attendees revisit specific sessions and giving the broader industry access to conversations that would otherwise have stayed in the room.
